Our designers have over 20 years of remodeling experience and will guide you through the design and installation process. Our goal is to provide you with a functional and beautiful environment that reflects your personality and your family`s lifestyle. We generally begin by meeting you in our showroom and introducing you to our fine line of custom cabinets and countertops. We will provide ballpark pricing based on your dimensions and/or a preliminary design you provide at no charge. However, in order to have a designer come out to your home to measure and begin working on detailed drawings/plans we ask for a $500 retainer fee. This $500 Design Fee is then deducted from the price of your cabinets when purchased through Canaan Cabinetry. If you should choose to purchase the plan without a cabinet deposit, there will be an additional fee of $500 to release the plans. There is generally a 6-10 week lead time from ordering until the cabinets are ready for installation. Our installation manager will schedule the delivery and installation* of your new cabinets and countertops as well as the tear out of your existing cabinetry. He will also coordinate the electrical work, plumbing, appliances, and flooring necessary to complete the project. We have experienced installers who are considerate of customer needs and attentive to details. Since they have worked as both cabinet makers and installers, you can rest assured that your project is in very capable hands.
